Speed dial (number press and hold) "not allowed" (5800XM)

I have problem with speed dia. When I set up everything (speed dial turned on) and I press and hold numbers then it should dial the contact, but it says Not allowed". Is it firmware bug.
I found another solution (main screen - shortcut: speed dial) but it doesn't solve the problem [one shortcut occupied]
I have the latest version of software v20.0.012

Thumbs up 5800 XpressMusic Speed dial

i heard u had some problems with speed dialing on your phone
for speed dialing
first go to your keypad,
then click your desired number(shortcut for the speed dial)
and press dial
after the message"No speed dial assigned. Assign it now?"
choose the desired number from your contact list
it works on my 5800

C7-00 Speed Dial Issue

Whilst it's always worked on my previous Nokias, pressing the associated key to speed dial a contact using my new C7 doesn't work.

I've worked out that this is due to the spaces in the number string e.g. 01234 567 891.

It does work though if I dial from the speed dial menu:

home>call>options>speed dial>'desired contact'

You may ask why I organise my contact numbers like this. Well it's easier to read a number stored in this format when I'm on the move.

5800xm, dial, hold, not allowed, number, press, speed
