Just a thought, but there's a lot of essentially dead forums on here.
I'd combine them so the split was by software version, such as S60v2, S60v3, S60v5/Symbian^1, Symbian^3 etc. Currently it's by manufacturer and series and software.
It'd reduce the number of forums and increase visibility of a lot of threads, probably resulting in more posts. The signal to noise ratio would likely be unaffected.
I don't expect it to be adopted, but it was just an idea.
