Question In-car Bluetooth, calling, and stereo music streaming

A question for the community:
Has anyone used their i8910 to stream music directly to a car stereo which can receive stereo bluetooth-streamed music? There are some real fancy systems out there now: e.g.
www.nissanusa.com/bluetooth/faq.html
or, high-end third party options e.g. Kenwood/Panasonic.
There's some discussion out there:
forums.samsungi8910omnia.com/samsung-i8910-omnia-hd-accessory-discussion/7603-bluetooth-car-installation.html

But, any real world usage?
If Bluetooth stereo streaming works and it is good enough, like to my Samsung bluetooth headset (see other post), then, who would need an FM transmitter (not that the i8910 has one) if their primary use, like me, was for in-car connection (is the obvious outcome)?
