Bluetooth Headphones with more than 10m range

Hi all,

Does anyone know any Bluetooth headsets/headphones with more than 10m range something like 100m like that you can get with dongles.
Would like to be able to roam around listening to my tunes without carrying the phone around.

I think it will be nearly imposible to do with any Nokia phone... at least with 3 Nokia phones I tried (Nokia N95, N73 and an other model I do not remember)...

I never got more than 5-10 feet of range with my bluetooth headset or my Mac Pro computer with any Nokia phones...
With the same headset or computer, I got at least 20 feet with my "old" SE K850i... similar results with my Motorola V3...

Not possible I'm afraid. In order to maintain a bluetooth connection both devices must be able to send and recieve data. The phone can only send 10m so the headphones must be within that range. A (sending) range of 100m would only be useful if the pairing device can send the same distance.

If one of the devices is class 2 then 100m would operate correctly (given ideal conditions).
The important bit is the transmit power and as this is limited in either the phone or the headset that may be in use the chances of this setup are remote given the battery technology available.
Someone will do it one day, but, not just yet.
