ActiveSync

I'm trying to set up ActiveSync on my new P990i. After overcoming a number of problems i'm now completley stuck.

Basically i keep getting error 0x7370D02 (server failed to authenticate user)

All my user/server details are correct on the handset, my IT dept say that the problem is that the phone is not sending my user name and password to the server and therefore it can't identifiy me.

As they say it's a problem with the hadnset they can't help me!

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a way to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated as i really need to get this up and running ASAP.

Well, in my case I authenticate and the server error is 404... file not found! strange. Our office runs SBS 2003 SP2. Anyone any idea? THNX.
