WRT Another arrow or killer weapon?

Web development standards — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — are a front runner in the quest to provide an accessible development environment for Symbian. However, Web Runtime (WRT) has its limitations and, across the industry as a whole, is rather fragmented. So, how is Symbian working to make WRT a viable choice for developers?

Question fragmentation

it's all about sticking to the standards now for all the runtime providers!

the diversity of widget engines and the features ans APIs they support is becoming increasingly muddled.

i am doing some research in this area and i'd love to see the poll mentioned in the article:

a recent poll on the Symbian Foundation forum that started with a list of ten web runtime environments, but resulted in a flood of emails that could, according to Robert, have extended the list to over twenty.
can anybody provide a link?
