Identify health hazard phones using IMEI number

Hi! First of all thanks everyone for replying my previous post and helping me to get rid of the fake N73 ME phone.

I heard that it is possible to identify phones with high radio emission rates using the 7th and 8th (as i can remember) numbers of the IMEI code.

Is this true? If this is true please provide more information.

Thanks in advance.
