How to completely uninstal Roadsync?

I bought RoadSync and installed it on my E51, but now I prefer MfE (not least because RoadSync is always in memory and fails to sync 99.5% of the time). I have tried uninstalling RoadSync (via the AppManager), but it leaves its name and a question mark on the Messaging screen. I have contacted DataViz, but they couldn't help (they recommended I try uninstalling via the AppManager). It clearly leaves something behind, which -- if only for neatness's sake -- I would like to remove. Does anyone know how to do so?

I'm having the same problem

I have contacted Dataviz, and they had told me to hard reset my device, search for unexistance directories, just a huge waist of time.
I'm dissapointed, and feel stupid that i have spend the 50$ buying this software, which such a poor support.
I would expect them to tell me exaclty what has to be done , in order to remove their left overs ...
If not possible, then issue some kind of utility that does that (like nokia's pc-suite cleaner).
Very bad, and irresponsible to tell a customer to reformat the device as of a problem they have with uninstalling the product...
What kind of QA they have ?

If anyone knows about solving this issue, please post it here.

Thanks in advance.

Hopefully there will be someone arround there that has better knowledge than those who actually wrote the product !!!

For other reasons, I did a hard reset of my E51 the other day (what a pain!), and, lo and behold, the RoadSync question mark was still there when I restored the .arc backup file from the memory card. There must be some files, but DataViz has told me they cannot tell me what they are.

2. Open the Tools or Installat. folder.
3. Open the App Manager program ("App. mgr.").
4. Scroll down to select RoadSync, press Options, and select Remove (press Yes to confirm).
5. Scroll down to select RoadSyncInstaller, press Options, and select Remove (press Yes to confirm).

Version 3:

1. Press the Menu button to open the main menu screen.
2. Open the Tools or Installat. folder.
3. Open the App Manager program ("App. mgr.").

Instructions didn't work

I'm facing exactly the same problema.
Currently I'm not able to uninstall RoadSync.
I don't know if this could be the cause, but I have uninstalled de RoadSyncInstaller first.
Someone has been managed to solve this problem?
