Showing caller name - the solution

Hello

A while back I posted a question about why my E71 just shows the phone number of people who call me and not their name.
Since I didn't get any replies it made me think that maybe other people have the same question and haven't found the answer.

In case you have this question, let me tell you that I spoke with a representative of Nokia who told me that if you have the same contact stored twice in the phone's memory or on the SIM card, it won't show that person's name when he or she calls. So you need to go to Contacts and check for double entries and also go to Contacts - Options - SIM contacts - SIM directory and check for doubles there too.

Hope this helps someone.

Fred
