silly question time

I think I already now the answer, but I will give it a go.......

I have SS cer file for a different phone. Is there anyway to change the details of the the cer file i.e IMEI number so that it would work with the new phone????
Cause symbian signed are really pissing me off!!!!!!!!!

Am i living in a far fetched world????
