Execution! Execution!! Execution!!!

If you look at Nokia's strategies, they are all pretty good. The problem is execution and timeliness of the execution.

Steve had commented before on many of his reviews of the s60 devices.. "had this N/EXX been released 6 months or 1 year ago"

The devices released are late, way way late. Talk about people leaking info. even after a product has been officially announced it is not released until half a year to a year later. Competitors have already stolen Nokia's flare/idea and dished out their own version of the phone before Nokia.

Nothing again Ewan, but the comparison of the Nokia to Sony's PSP is a poor comparison. Had you talked about the PS3 it is still a poor comparison but at least a better choice. Like other's said, the PSP is a success, the PSP Go is the one that's being burnt. Good article thou, always like to hear your point of view agreed or disagreed.

I think that Nokia did great on the software side.... but the hardware side that nokia didn't really got it. for example, slower CPU in N-series flagship compare to E-series. low capacity C drive problem, AMOLED, LED vs. Xenon, not nHD in the E series flagship.

It seems to me that nokia while nokia did great on the US$200 - US$400 device such as Nokia 5800 and it's variant (wifi-less, 3g-less), nokia didn't know how to make US$400-US$600 devices.

I really hope that SE will produce a PSPGo Phone that has 2 horizontal slide-out panels on each side: one side with 3 rows of keyboard like the N900 and the other side is the game control buttons. It must have a touchscreen, of course.
