Question Symbian vs Java OS

I need a tethered modem & good call quality more than all the bells & whistles.
The best rated free phones come down to S/E W760a and Nokia 6650. Is the Symbian OS better than S/E's Java based?
Thanx

Hi Hermit.
I think both OS are better and its depend on the mobile and its integration with their OS.

Thumbs up Symbian vs Java

I opted for an N79. Have had no problems & couldn't be more satisfied.
