N95 SIP - achieving a workable setup

I am trying to achieve a workable setup for the SIP client on my N95 but am encountering some problems.

I want to connect this phone to my own Asterisk box, but in varying circumstances.

I need to have two profiles - one which connects automatically when I am in range of some wireless networks - I can maintain a list of them on the phone - that one is easy - not using a STUN server, and one that connects manually over wireless or WCDMA and uses a STUN server.

The problem is, I cannot see how to connect two different profiles to reach the same server under these circumstances.
