Z8 wont start problem

My Z8 had the continuous restart issue problem tho after sometimes 5 ~ 30 minutes it would eventually work. I tried pulling the memory card, sim, plugging into power etc, removing installed applications and nothing worked. Eventually I did a master reset and the phone hung on the M logo for ages so I pulled the battery and restarted. Now it goes past the M and hellomoto then stops at a screen thats titled information at the top and Not enough memory down the bottom. Nothing further will happen from this point, is there a key sequence or something that I can use to do another reset or anything else that can be done?

I can get to the ESPOO flash loader so I guess the flash image could be reloaded if i had the right tools and the image.

any help would be appreciated, thanks
