Nokia NSU and others

hi everybody,
want to report a series of problems with nokia software. Hope someone knows a work around...........
Since I installed NOKIA FILES I can not use the NOKIA NSU. It comes an error message, which tells me to scan my ports and change the port number in the nsu-config file. I have done so, but no result. the support always want to convince me it was a problem on my computer. I am advanced enough guys, it is not. I even switched off my firewall, my virus scanner and the windows access control. The software simply doesn't start.
I also uninstalled the NOKIA FILES software, but no change. As all those uninstall routines are only doing only half a job, there are many Registry and DLL entries left. I do not want to switch back my whole system to an older backup I made one month ago.
The other problem is that OVI Photos can not sync with my N97 if I load more than 500 pictures on the phone. Also OVI suite does not have the nice Nokia Communication center. So I can not work on my contacts or messages directly on my PC. Also OVI Contacts uses a different lay-out than PC- Suite. If you have many numbers ( general, home busines....) OVI Suite can not handle this and does mix up the sync. It is a shame that since I "upgraded" to N97 and to OVI my whole system is mixed up.
Maploader gets confused if you have installed an external Memorycard in addition to the internal Massmemory, It always tells me I have to run my maps application first on my NOKIA. Hey guys, I did, again and again, no result. NOKIA's IT department is writing very uncompatible and nasty software. Also, so many bugs on the N97. I feel like a LAB RAT. They abuse the users to optimize their products after launch. I do not want to be a LAB RAT, NOKIA !!!!
