Tomtom trying to reinstall itself whenever I reboot phone

Whenever I switch off/on, I get a message saying that something (tomtom) is installing. I eventually fails, but what is causing this? I've looked through the media card for a .sisx file using Y-Browser but can find anything, because I thought that this might be the cause.

I know it's something on the media card because when I start my phone without it plugged in I don't get the problem.

Do you know how to stop this?

Thanks
