Nice Display Light OFF

I don't know if already somebody did this...

But i discover that if you put the Display option

to DARKER or very near to totally Dark... the Backlight
Display is turned OFF ALWAYS.... ..

That is a good way to save Battery on a Sunny Day i think...

or if you going Outdoor for a long time with good light conditions you can set it up that to DARKER and NO LIGHT will be used never... very nice battery save then!

And i notice that now the only thing that change the darker or lighter control is the light intensity .. so if you use less intensity i thing that the battery will really notice that

even on average light conditions indoors is not needed the lighter display, it's logical because if no lights on ambience so less backlight is needed.

I set it up the Display control more near to darker for normal use..

Yeah i found this feature 2 weeks ago.

Its real amazing...

I put the light darker too,
and the batterie stay 50% longer...
(10 min. calls, 10 sms one hour gprs 4 surfing arround always
one sync a day and a bit more infra (for the new themes)

But the light will be the biggest batteriekiller.
I always miss this feature @ the 7650.

Symbian simply the best
