new "handset" indicator icon

A new indicator icon has appeared in the display area of my 9300, both on the phone side and the communicator side. It looks like a handset lifted up, as if it was trying to tell me a call was in progress. But the phone is in standby mode and there are no messages waiting, AFAIK. Switching the phone off and switching it on again does not make this indicator go away.

What on earth does it mean? There is no explanation in the manual (and there are plenty of other undocumented indicators too!).

Any ideas?

You seem to be describing the 'missed call' notification. It will go away if you check the call log and clear it.

However, I could be wrong

handset, icon, indicator
