N95 8GB black problems, please help me

hellow guys,
can you help me in my problems, its about my N95 8GB black.
i don't know whats happen to it but when i inserted the USB CONNECTOR from my phone to a computer.. it is asking for a connection but when i click TRANSFER DATA on my phone,. there's no responds from the computer.. i hope someone can help me. i will be truly greatful. please mail me keanraen1@yahoo.com for those who wants to help me. and i will be visiting your website everyday for your answer... i have so much to ask about my cellphone problem. thanks a lot.. hope you can help me in solving my problems.

I think you should scan your phone once before transferring those datas from your computer to the phone and then see.
