Hello World

How can I upload a first program in Nokia QT SDK platform ? I added the design view a label with Hello World and connected my Nokia N85 and the program didnt recognized my device. I saw in the simulator my Hello World but I want to see it in my device. How can I upload it to my Nokia N85 ?
Another issue, I have also Nokia X3. Is it a Symbian system or not ?

The X3-00 and X3-02 models are Series 40 based (not Symbian), and do not run Qt.

The N85 is rather old, and might be able to run Qt 4.6.3 based apps, but isn't supported for Qt 4.7.* (no S60 3rd Ed. based device is).
