Help with messages

Hi,
I have a nokia 6700 slide.
I have set to store all my messages on memory card.
When I try to use PC suite to back up messages I see nothing.
I have the latest suite - 7 40 1 6

How do I get to backup the messages on my memory card?
Please help.

Cannon

This happened to me once.

Try updating your phone using Nokia Software Updater, and try to backup the messages to the PC and then transfer to the memory card.

Or else try using a lower version of the Nokia PC Suite, because some phone cannot be updated and also doesn't support the later versions of the PC Suite.

Check whether you can update your phone, use his website.
