Phone T-Mobile and buy the unlock code from them. The network who locked the handset are the only people who can supply the code.
There is currently no known way to unlcock any BB5 / N-Series Nokia handset either with cables or unlock code generators.

you may have to pay and wait some time .. before getting the unlock code.
Allegedly the Phone-Operators are the only people who can unlock them.
<smell-a-scam>There are claims that some people have unlock codes etc. But probably best to avoid them. </smell-a-scam>
Good luck!

I know T-Mobile USA unlocks for free if u are a good customer. Maybe T-Mobile UK would do the same since they are kinda the same company.
EDIT
And yes nseries are not unlockable by third party companies. And Mr. MarcoPolo we help each other here and share information here for free.

tmobile wont unlock the phone unless they supplied you with it, lots of places can unlock bb5 phones now not just the operators, although it is more expensive nowadays, they unlock it via logs or a bb5 box
http://www.phonegoods.co.uk/ can unlock bb5

I would recommend buying the unlock code from the network provider where possible, and only using 3rd party postal services if you are not able to unlock via the official route.

That's good information, and I agree with your appraisal of the company, they are good. I wonder why they can only get codes for 2 networks?
