using a bluetooth headset

I was just wondering if anyone knows on any applications that might allow me to use a bluetooth headset with my N95 using the headset or handsfree bluetooth profile instead of the generic audio device profile.
Specifically, I want the headset to not transmit all of the phone audio, from music playing to menu beeps and so forth, but to only be active during a phone call.
With my old Samsung Blackjack, I could choose which bluetooth profile I wanted to use, and with my wife's Samsung A707 (sync) the phone automatically chooses the headset profile.
When I pair the headset with my N95, it acts as if I plugged in normal earphones and plays all audio through the headset.
