how do i convert mpg or avi files into 3gp

I have some movies which are of avi, mpeg , formats. How do i convert them into ra or 3gp ...... ..? What programs whould i need for converting them.

Just copy them to your phone using PcSuite - it will convert on the fly to .3gp
Or you can do it yourself or convert tem to .rm files using RealProducer or helix Producer.
