Fujitsu Symbain based Foma F2051

The Fujitsu Symbain based Foma F2051 (Mobile Burn Link & DoCoMo Link) was supposed to be released by the end of December in Japan.

Does anyone know.

A) That it has been released?
B) Is it any good?
C) How it been recieved by the public and press?
