Sony Ericsson W950i need help

hello guys i got a problem my Sony Erickson W950i won't charge i dont know whats wrong i bought a new battery and the red light is on for couple minutes then its like really bad red light that i can barely see in there. I tried to charge it over night but it doesnt work the battery is dead. One more thing im turning it on and connect charger to it its like charging for couple minutes and then phone just shuts off.
If you have any clue please help me

immediately contact to the shop owner from where you purchased this battery for your phone. as it seems that he has provided the old unusabale battery to you

Take it to the nearest sony ericson service centre. I think the charging point has been damaged. There is no problem with the battery.

It's rather charger issue that should be replaced.
