e90 - Connection Error
Here's the deal, my Nokia e90 has recently started acting up. I didn't want to upgrade to the e7 seeing it doesn't share the clamshell form factor, and that's something I really like.
But back to my e90, every time I try calling I get a "Connection Error". If I remove the battery and start up the phone again, I can make a call but only once before it gives me the connection error. I haven't updated it and it's still running on one of the earlier OS'es. (Due partly to the fact that the upgrade software is a pain in the butt to use and I'm now on a Mac machine.)
Anyone know what's causing this? If I upgrade the firmware, could this alleviate the problem?
Fingers crossed in hopes someone knows.

A friend had the same problem which was caused by a faulty SIM card which Vodafone replaced free of charge. They told him that the SIM cards deteriorate over time and should be replaced every 2 years

My sim card is new. (Less then three months old, also tried another sim card which also didn't work) Thanks for the tip though, any other suggestions?

And as for the answering of the question, everyone's having the same problem. Your best bet is to just use a different bot until EpicBot is back up.

When I go to Facebook, however, it shows the top facebook icon and a gray screen with a cartoon folded newspaper on it and it says connection error.

I have had a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music for a while now but just today my phone wouldn't call anyone or send messages.

I anything. It's quicker just to log on to fb regularly everytime than to use the app. It hasn't been refined enough yet.
