For you problem, my best guess is not that helpful - if images are coming out fuzzy, the only thing I can think of (which I expect you have already) is that... are you sure you are shooting in 8MP mode? If you shoot in too low a resolution, they will appear great on the i8910 screen (as it is, in effect, this is 640x360 pixels = 230,400 pixels = 0.2304 MP, as compared to 8 MP for the digital camera).
