Installed Cleanup

When my N8 was on Anna, I installed some apps which are no longer needed in Belle as they are included in the new Firmware. As an example QT.

I would like to know if there is a way to determine which ones are no longer needed, or when they had been installed, so I can safely remove them.

Some of them have "known" names, no problem for them, but others are not identifiable at all.

I would like to cleanup all left-over stuff.
