Formatting and installing new firmware on N82

I want to FORMAT and RE-INSTALL firmware on my N82. Updating doesn't helps. Does Navifirm allows one to do the same and is it safe. Please tell me the procedure too. Secondly what variant from the following firmware is right for my N82 which I bought from and using in India :
