"System error" on prompt on boot start.

I have 2gb memory on my phone,so when i bought 8gb,i just copy and paste the content of 2gb to 8gb hoping that the apps has to be already install to 8gb,but the apps does not installed and the folder and some files are there. And when i started to boot the phones there is a prompt "system error" then if you just press it ok it dissappear but the boot sequence does not any problem just the message "system error" always appearing on boot start.I have a valueble paid apps installed on my new memory so it's easy to wipe it all.Just hoping you had a answer for this "system error" prompt message.
