Stuck Symbian Anna Update 2/2

I have easily done all the new Symbian Anna updates including Social and Ovi Store...but Symbian Anna Update 2/2 is stuck in the SW update and could not be updated. Every time I start the update it says updating for a while and then says 1 update failed. It's very annoying and frustrating ....don't know what to do. Please help....

I had the same problem updating my wife's N8.
After it failed a couple of times I reset the phone (holding down the power off button until it vibrates) forced the date to one day later, and it worked perfectly. No idea if these actions resolved it or just third time lucky!

Thanks guys. It seems the culprit was the beta version of Nokia Big Screen, just uninstalled it and then went to the SWupdate and every thing is fine now.

Solved at last my problem too after uninstalling the beta version of Nokia Big Screen
Anna update 2/2 at last installed OK

I'm suffering a similar problem, upgrading to Anna 2/2 - get to the loading bar on Ovi Suite then told the installation has failed.

So far I've tried:
Resetting phone/forwarding date 1 day forward
Reinstalling Ovi Suite
Deleting .*sisx files

And nothing has worked, however on the Nokia guidelines to Anna troubleshooting, where they recommend you download some QT files (FA136073/Solution 1), I installed them in the wrong order...anybody know where I could find the files (so I can delete them and reinstall i the correct order)?

Or any other possible solution?

I had the same thing, so i hard reset my N8, connected to Ovi Suite and did all the updates, then put my own apps and settings from backup on, all looks fine now.
