Question Nokia E63

Is there any way how to change keyboard from qwertz to qwerty or back?
I know the way how to change the keys but you have to update the firmware (so lost all files).
Is it possible to do it another?

I know that i can change "a" code of my phone to change phone language then upgrade the firmware and as well as lost all settings and everything inside. So thi way I know, but in my phone file-brower I've found a system file where is the configuraion of keyboard, BUT this files are not allowed to replace by self-made-file where is remade the configuration of keys.
So i'm looking for some software (for pc - OS Windows) where i can change/replace system files in my phone.
Does anyone know about it?
Thanks for any answer
