N8 blurry spots

I bought the N8 as upgrade for my N86. I like the phone. But now, after first shoots, i see the same old illness as my first N86 (i replaced it sucessful after this hardware bug).

Allways the same position in the pictures of the camera blurry.
I checked it in Landscape , Auto or Macro Mode, allways the same on the left side the picture is blurry. Or i'm pedantic...?!

Details on the right are realy fantastic sharp and scrisp (blades of grass), but look on the left part of the picture... brrr...
