Smile Nokia Phones Test Winner at Stiftung Warentest, Germany
Stiftung Warentest is the most famous test institute of Germany, with no commercial interests (supported by government). They have an own magazine which comes without any advertisements, to be absolutely independent from manufacturers.

In their current magazine they tested smartphones (inclusive iPhone 4 and Androids). And the winner is:

Nokia

No. 1: Nokia X6 and Nokia 5230
