Nokia N79 Restart Issue - HELP

I've solved my 'Contact Retailer' issue as of this morning but am now faced with the ever difficult restart issue. My phone is fine while not in use but when I make a call or listen to music, change the theme etc. it restarts.

Can anyone describe in layman's terms how to accomplish this?

I have the back-up PM file but need more detailed instruction.
