Ever since I upgraded to the latest (300) firmware, there is no ringing in any kind of headset when in silent modes. The Jabra 8040 used to make a 4 tone distinctive beep. Now it only does that if the wired headset is plugged in also. There is no ringing in the wired headset ever, only if in loud modes and then I can hear the actual ringtone.
I did not have that problem with the 200 firmwares. Searched on nokia discussion forums, no luck.
Does anyone know what's going on?
