anyone know of any flight computer apps for N95 8GB?

Im half way through obtaining my pilots licence and am getting to grips with the old fastioned plastic flight computer. I know there are electronic versions out there but they arnt allowed to be used in the exams.

My question is are there any apps for symbian phones that will do the same as say this-

http://www.transair.co.uk/Product4.a...Product_ID=866

Even convertor in nokia phones does some of the calculations..

Well first of all, good luck with the exams. I've been flying for around 10 years now and it's the best thing I ever did.

Now on to your question:

I have looked high and low for many different pilot programmes for Symbian but I'm afraid ther do not seem to be any. There are quite a few for Windows mobile and this pi**es me off quite frankly. Maybe in the future some programming pilot will write some stuff for people like you and me.

Meanwhile, enjoy your flying.

Cheers.

thats a real shame as the N95 8GB is more than capable of doing the same as many flight computers!!

Thanks for your reply.
