After update last version, button camera doesn't work
Cheers mates
I updated my N95 8G to release 30.0.0.18 from release 11. and since then
the button camera doesn't work. Apparentely all work ok, but when you
press the button the picture is not taken.
However, you can take the picture if you activate the self timer becouse
the control button is not the main camera button.
there is no way to use the video.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem.
Tank you in advanced.

Did you perhaps restore a BACKUP after the Firmware upgrade?
If so, format your internal memory by typing *#7370#
(Warning: you will lose all contacts, apps stored in internal memory, etc.)

My dear friend,
The problem doesn't seem to be due to upgrade. This is a hardware problem and needs to be set at Nokia Care.
But before proceeding to Nokia Care, I would recommend to perform soft formatting with *#7780# and see if it is due to any software bug/conflict.
To me frankly, it seems to be a hardware matter not software
Good luck

Experience tells me that problems immediately after a firmware update are usually resolved by formatting the device, or even re-applying the firmware again.
However, if the above does not work - and providing the device has not been de-branded with a product code change - then a warranty repair is the next logical step.
