N96 Date Problems
Everytime I turn my phone off at night and back on in the morning the date forwards 5 days! I'm running the 11.101 firmware, does anyone know why this is happening?

Do you have network time setting enabled or disabled?
If it is enabled, turn it off, because then it sounds like your network operator's network is sending you the wrong date.
If it is disabled, then I don't know.

Where is the "network time" setting? I have the automatic time update switched off.I got up this morning and it was 10 days ahead!
I'm on O2 UK and I'm running the 11.101 software.

That's strange.
Do you have any clock alarm that wakes up the phone, when it is switched off?
Or do you manually switch it off and on again?
The network time (or automatic time update) setting is under Menu -> Tools -> Settings --> General -> Date and Time. Last option in the menu.

i have the same problem but with N85. When i switch it on after a while it forwards 5 days. Is there a solution?
My N85 is brand-new and the only thing i've done is to sync my contacts and calendar using PC Sync. Could this be the problem?

For the N96, this will be fixed in the upcoming PR1.2 software update.
In the meantime, try whether "Automatic Network Time" works for your operator (turn it on, and check whether your operator provides the correct date and time).
