N81-Unable to complete installation from memory card...

Hi all,
[my first time here]

"Unable to complete installation from memory card. To install remaining applications, go to Applications Manager"

I got this message when I inserted my 2GB memory stick into my non-8GB version N81.

SMS-es were not in my inbox, sent folders, etc.
Images and videos were also not available.

*P/S: I found another thread similar to this situation, but it was not for N81.

HELP!!! Step-by-step solutions to this problem anyone???

This usually happens when you format the phone with the memory card inside. Go to App Manager, write down the name of the app which is not yet installed, connect the phone to USB in mass storage mode then search for the file and delete it.

What do u mean by app which is not yet installed? I have these shown on my app mgr though:

SpaceImpact - installed
Nokia Internet Services Support Package 1 - installed
Mobile Security - installed
Mobile Security Subcomponents - installed
License Manager - installed
Fifa07 Demo - installed
Asphalt3 - installed

Software installation: All
Online Certificate check: Off

I have connected the phone to the USB mode. So what should I delete from the mass storage mode based on the above apps?

Btw, how do we know we have formatted the phone with the memory card inside? I was browsing through my phone like normal when suddenly the screen went blank and re-started itself. The next thing I knew was that my latest SMS-es were gone! Only the old ones were stored. And basically I did nothing to have this things happen. Gosh!
