o2 Data Charge

I dont know how, but this month i have £10 of Data charge on my o2 online bill.

IS this anyway of geting around this? or even getting it cheaper from o2 ? Im sure i read a thread here a while back saying you can get your data charges for free or sommething... ?

Any advice, please let me know, thanks
