Call and text monitor?

Hello!

I just recieved this months bill, and i've gone over my minute and text allowance for the month, something i didnt think i'd be capable of.

Just wondering if theres any application that will allow me to monitor my usage.

I have the N95 8GB. I think theres a way to do it within the phone, but an app maybe that has reminders or something would be helpful.

Please let me know if anyone has any tips to stop this happening again!
