Has anybody upgaded new firmware nokia n81 ? Help Please

Hi has anybody got the new firmware for the nokia n81 8gb ? ive just recently got the nokia n81 8gb but dont like the 02 software, any advice please or instructions on how to get the latest firmware, also i used to have the n95 and also upgraded myself, So any feedback/help regarding the new firmware for n81 8gb please, and has anybody noticed any problems since upgrading or improvements etc..

Also reagrding the above should i also take the phone to my nearest nsc or can i do myself, only asking as dont want to bugger up the new 8gb phone.
