hey gusy my nss software is not picking up my fone at all
can u tell me why is tht and also wen i instal the software which shall i select the f1 usb sumthing like thth

with NSS .. if your phone is alive it should find it.

If not you may need to reinstall the PC suite (since it contains the USB device drivers).

i already update it to version 12 from 10 everything fine but i need to change the product code to get 20

urm, incase your name means anything..... v20 isnt available for N958GB, its on v15.
are you on a N95-1 etc.? If you are then theres a good sticky guide at the top of this forum

yes i meant v15 but i still cant pick up my fone on the NSS software sum reason

Reinstall NSS, but choose Virtual USB, not F1 USB.
