Difference between R66 7.3.468 and 7.3.545

Anyone can mention the difference (with some screenshot if possible) between the 2 versions of R66 7.3.468 and 7.3.545.

Another question is if you make an upgrade to 7.3.545, do you need a signed sis for the new version, or it should be a clean install after remove the old version.
