[N72] error in backup messages + i can't open them in windows explorer

Hi all,
I have Nokia N72 i'm using Nokia PC Suite with the mobile cable i've tried many times to read my messages in the explorer (Nokia Phone Browser) and still empty even i have many SMSs in my phone also i tried to backup them gets an error can't read Text and multimedia Messages (I don't have any MMS) and even i removed the sms attched with file (Bluetooth file transfer) just kept the text messages and still can't copy them!!!
So is anyone of you have a solution for this problem??

In the main window of PC Suite go to Help -> Reinstall PC Suite support for your phone and then finish the installation on the phone. Hit refresh on messages and they will be there.

Thank you very much, even i know that the installed version was the same vesion i have (1.07) but anyway it works

Hi, i am facing the same problem like not able to take backup of my messages through Nokia PC suit.
i want to know that when you did

(as suggested by RATZA) didn't ur messages got deleted ??
were they safe after doing this step.

Please tell me this.
