Question Maps licensing problem - Help!

This is probably a bit of a schoolboy error on my part so I'm looking to the wise forum for any tips.

I recently updated my firmware only to discover that when I went to use navigation, the phone prompted me to purchase a license.

I had originally purchased a 3 year license with the phone but failed to note it down prior to updating the firmware.

Is anyone aware of any telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or websites I can visit to obtain my original license code and rectify the problem?

Thanks!
