This is a mistake, because when you go to the Belgium site is says that it is not possible:
"Verwisselbare covers"--> "-"

i believe its a mistake, i have the phone in me hands and it dosent look like anyways that a standard user can change the skin

Nokia 6600 and Nokia 6680 was phone which do not support Xpress On But i use to change ...
