Sipgate...receiving calls VOIP

I have managed to setup my O2 N95 for sipgate and can make outgoing calls no problem.

However when I try and dial my N95 all I get from the UK network is "the other person has hung up", and it never rings.

Any ideas what setting I need to change in my phone, I used the E60/61 setting published by Sipgate.

From the sipgate website:

2. Is your SIP device sitting behind a router or firewall?
When your phone sits behind a router or firewall, there are several errors that are typically the result of router/firewall interference. Such problems might be one way audio, calls being dropped after being answered or during the call, unreachable connections, etc. These problems may not always be reproducible on demand, and may show up only after hours or days. Many of these errors can be resolved by adjusting your router/firewall to pass through voice packets (forwarding them). You will likely have to go into your router/firewall’s settings under port forwarding and forward the following ports:

Standard:
Port: 5060 / UDP (SIP signaling)
Port: 5004 / UDP (RTP, language)
Port: 10000 UDP (STUN)

X-Lite:
Port 5060 / UDP
Port 8000 - 8019 / UDP
Port 10000 /UDP

Please notice, that the ports specified above do not necessarily apply to every device. For more information concerning your device, please check the manual or contact the manufacturer's support.

If you are still having problems allthough you forwarded the ports as specified above, you should delete the STUN-Server in the configuration of your device.

If you router supports UP NP (universal Plug and Play), it can be helpful as a last resort, to switch this option to on and/or off. This can help because this setting may or may not be interfering with the correct function of the device.

Yep, checked all of those and still not receiving calls.

It is strange that if I route the VOIP through my PAP2 then the phone rings. It would appear that some setting the PAP2 send to sipgate are not being sent by my N95.

I have Sipgate working perfectly on the N95 using the settings as above using my WiFi point.

What router are you using?

I use a

Wireless-G ADSL Gateway with SpeedBooster WAG54GS

What is even more strange is that I installed truphone 3.0 and it works like a dream, calls inbound and out.

Funnily enough it is the other way round for me

Sipgate works perfectly inbound and out, Truphone I can only accept calls in, I just get 'connection error' on outbound calls
